Once you have signed the parcel, it means that you have no doubts about the products as well as the quantity and the transaction is deemed to be completed. 2.Request for return is submitted in form of email to us within days from you received the item. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and buyer MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your order ID. and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
